Some beautiful sentences and points in here - but for me, it is a bit alienating for the body and its needs as not us -and yet the medium for spirit while we're here.

I see it much more integratively (-if that is a word). There are different levels of depth and subtlety - and 'soulfulness', but for me -like Blake and others more Humanistic perhaps, the body -though not us, is a very important part of us while here.

Also you do seem to confuse ego with our animal -natures: animals don't have an ego, a separate self, this peculiar notion of 'me'-self, but they fight and protect and are one with their natural desires...

I am also aware (and maybe you are too in researching for this essay) that there is a T.O.E. (a Theory of Everything) by someone called Tom Campbell.. and I would recommend him - although he comes from nonduality spirituality and Science... But he is a very inclusive, nice guy who seems to be very aware... He literally has come up with one!

Good luck on your Quest!
